Long-lasting and clear beer is filtered. Our filter systems guarantee exact filtration, precisely metered and without drip losses. They are durable and run 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, if desired. Our stabilizing filter aids remove yeast cells, hop resins, beer spoilage bacteria and other particles. The filtration is absolutely hygienic.
A stable wine is filtered. You can achieve gentle filtration with filter aids such as kieselguhr, perlite or our mixtures of Fibracel, Fibraperl and Vulcacel. Our deep layer filters have different porous layers in order to fan out the retention rates. You can achieve an absolute retention rate with our tried and tested membrane filter cartridges.
Yeast must be filtered out of the sparkling wine. For traditional sparkling wine production (méthode champenoise) in bottles, we supply tried and tested vibrating systems. We support the production of sparkling wine (méthode charmat) with horizontal or standing sparkling wine pressure tanks. Our filtration solutions are hygienic and without thermal stress.
