The flash pasteurization plant renders optimum results through a combination of process technology and regulation of the single pasteurization units, enabling stable heat treatment, even when operating under variable mass flow volumes. We offer manual to full-automation processor-controlled beer pasteurization plants. Thanks to flexible design and assembly, we can meet the requirements of all our clients.

Pallet handling and Removal systems
The Pallet handling system best suits the needs of low-level capacity pallet handling with many products, as well as high-level capacity systems. We offer the following systems: glass, PET, and cans in shrink film wrapping, carton or tray-packaging, in all standard sizes, shipped on ¼ -, ½ -, euro-pallets and on industrial pallets:

The removal-system with leveling control automatically releases cans and new glass products in layers. The intermediate layers are fixed during the removal process and are subsequently cleared mechanically.
The modular packaging transportation unit comprises an accumulating conveyor, a distribution system, separators and a smart configuration. It is flexible and reliable in transporting carton, trays, kegs or other products.
Pallet transportation is designed for all typical euro-pallet and industrial pallet types, for the sizes ¼ -, ½ :

The new pallet inspection system QualiPAL II meets the highest requirements of high-bay storage technology. High testing power and precise inspection guarantee maximum cost efficiency, with the number of rejected defective pallets reduced to the minimum acceptable amount. The modular construction of the inspection unit allows us to adapt it according to customer needs, such as: specific and improved recognition of loose or partly broken moving beams, detection of loose nails, inspection of blocks - in particular the metal angles of the Duesseldorf-pallet and signalling for repair alerts. QualiPAL II is the right solution for industrial pallets, euro-pallets, half-pallets, and Duesseldorf-pallets.
